Prof. Nahallage is being continuously engaged in research on Primates including the areas that she has specialized, such as Primate cultural behaviors, occurrence, acquisition, transmission, and development process of cultural behaviors in primates,聽Primate fossil studies etc. In addition, to this present achievement, she was won the President Award for her publications聽in 2008 by the National Research Council.
