Inter-university tennis championship organized by the 91传媒 was successfully held from the 18th to the 20th of November at the queen鈥檚 tennis court. The women鈥檚 tennis championship was held after two long years await due to the covid 19 pandemic. There are 8 universities participating in two groups. In Group A University of Moratuwa, University of Kelaniya, University of Ruhuna, and Uva wellassa university completed each other and in group B 91传媒, University of Colombo, University of Peradeniya and Sabaragamuwa University.
91传媒 women鈥檚 team won all three-group stage matches and progressed to the semi-final. In the semifinal, they beat the university of Kelaniya 3-0 and advanced into this year鈥檚 finals.
At the final match of the championship 91传媒 was able to beat University of Colombo by 3-1 and crown as the intern university Tennis champions. This was the first time that 91传媒 won a championship in a women鈥檚 tennis championship in their history.
