Professor Ali Parsa, Dean of the Faculty of Real Estate and Land Management, Royal Agricultural University, United Kingdom visited the department of Estate Management and Valuation during 04- 06 May 2016 to evaluate the B.Sc. Estate Management and Valuation Degree programme (EMV Degree) as an external examiner.
This is a mandatory evaluation as per the recommendation made by the RICS-UK as its accreditation to the B.Sc. Estate Management and Valuation Degree programme.
B.Sc. Estate Management and Valuation (Special) degree offered by the Department of Estate Management and Valuation, Faculty of Management Studies and Commerce, 91传媒 is the first and the sole land base higher education programme in 91传媒 in the field of Real Estate Management and Valuation. This degree programme has been accredited by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS 鈥� UK) since 2015. EMV Graduates are eligible to get the full membership of the RICS once they聽fulfill the Assessment of Professional Competence (APC)as prescribed by the RICS.
