At the 100 years anniversary celebration ceremony held on 21st December 2019 at the BMICH,听, Senior Lecturer of the听, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, and former chairmen of the All Ceylon Buddhist Congress of 91传媒 was awarded听鈥淪hasana Sanathana Shathakaabhimana (喾佮窂喾冟侗 喾冟侗喾忇懂喽� 喾佮董喽氞窂喽粪窉喽膏窂喽�) special honorary award听for his contribution to the betterment of the Buddha Sasana.
The anniversary celebration ceremony was graced by Minister of Information and Communication Technology, Higher Education and Innovations Bandula Gunawardena, Minister of Foreign Relations听Dinesh Gunawardena, and a large number of distinguished guests representing the world Buddhist community.听听
