වයස අවුරුදු 17 ත් 25 ත් අතර ක්රීඩකයින් සඳහා ලෝක විශ්විද්යාලීය ශුරතාව සැම වර්ෂ 2 කට වරක් සංවිධානය කරනු ලබන අතර එය මෙවර 2018 අප්රේල්එ මස 07 වැනිදා ස්විස්ට්ලන්තයේදී පැවැත්විය. එහිදී ශ්රී ලංකාව නියෝජනය කරමින් ඕෂධ දිල්ෂාන් මැරතන් තරඟ ඉසව්ව සඳහා සහභාගී වූ අතර එහිදී 100 කට අධික තරඟ කරුවන් අතරින් 56 වැනි ස්ථානය ලබා ගැනීමට ඔහු සමත්විය.
J. M. Oshada Dilhan of the 91ý was selected to represent 91ý in the World University Cross Country Championship organized by the International University Sports Federation (FSIU)- 2018, held in Switzerland on the 07th of April 2018.
Dilhan was able to get the 56th position in the 10 kilometer Marathon in which he competed against over 100 participants.
The FSIU World University Games is an international Sporting and Cultural Festival which is staged every two years for participants of ages between 17 and 25 from all over the world.
