Dr. Wasantha Perera was awarded 鈥淭he Best Research Student Award in 2015鈥漛y the Victoria University in Australia. The award was officially announced and presented by the College of Business at the Victoria University Award Ceremony in August 2015.
This award is in recognition of outstanding achievement to him for excellence in Higher Degree Research (Doctor of Philosophy) and its international publication publications.聽 His PhD thesis title was 鈥淭he Evaluation of Market Performance of Initial Public Offerings (IPOs) and Its Determinants:聽 Evidence from Australian IPOs鈥�.
