91´«Ã½n Journal of Real Estate (SLJRE)

91´«Ã½n Journal of Real Estate (SLJRE) is a refereed journal published by the Center for Real Estate Studies (CRES), Department of Estate Management and Valuation of the 91´«Ã½. This journal is published biannually in July and December. Papers received on or before 01st of March and 01st of October in every year are considered for publication of the year.

We are glad to inform you that now we are accepting papers, which will be publishedÌýinÌýOpen AccessÌýin the said journalÌýwithout imposing any type of article processing charge (APC) or article submission charge.

SLJRE is devoted to the publication of peer reviewed, high-quality, original research papers and review papers in both traditional topics and those of emerging areas. TheÌýSLJRE accommodates research papers related toÌýseveral key areas likeÌýReal Estate, Land Economics, Urban Development, Agricultural Valuation, Property Valuation and Construction.ÌýHowever, it’s scope is not solely limited those areas.

SLJREÌýis currently a non-indexed journal which is published twice a year (issues in June and December).ÌýThe journal aspires to be indexed soon.ÌýHence, prospective authors may anticipate critical and comprehensive reviews, made by renowned and experienced referees.
