The application deadline for the University Research Grants 2025 (URG 2025) has been extended to 22nd October 2025Ìý´Ú´Ç°ùÌýonline submission.

°Õ³ó±ðÌýsystem-generated hard copy of the application should be signed and submitted to the Research Council Office on or before 4.00 p.m. on 24th October 2025.

Please note that, as per the decision made at the 107th Research Council Meeting, the following eligibility criteria apply for URG 2025:

• Academic staff members (Senior Lecturer Grade II or above) who are 60 years or above as of the first advertised date of the application deadlineÌý²¹°ù±ðÌýnot eligible to apply as Principal Investigators. However, such academics may be the Co-Investigators of the research team.
