We are excited to announce that registrations are now open for the annual “Dhaara” Inter-faculty Singing Competition, organized by the Flair Club of the 91´«Ã½. This event aims to help our undergraduates develop their inborn talents in music, dancing, arts, and drama.

The competition provides a unique platform for the best singers from each faculty to showcase their talents. Finalists will compete in the Grand Finale at the Nelumpokuna Theatre on October 25, 2024.

Winners will be recognised with the prestigious “Dhaara Young Artist Award,” and the most popular, talented competitors will receive the “Dhaara Most Popular Young Artist Award.”

The first International Research Conference on Gender Studies aims to provide a platform for academics, undergraduates, organizations, and communities to come together to discuss, share knowledge, and promote awareness of issues related to gender to promote greater understanding, dialogue, and action around issues related to gender, and to work towards creating a more equitable and inclusive world for all individuals, regardless of their gender identity.
