91´«Ã½ Wins Inter Medical Faculty Physiology Quiz 2025 Championship

Students from the Faculty of Medical Sciences, 91´«Ã½, have been crowned champions of the prestigious Professor Carlo Fonseka Challenge Trophy – 10th Inter-Medical Faculty Physiology Quiz 2025. The event, organized by the Physiological Society of 91´«Ã½, took place on June 14, 2025, at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Colombo.

The victorious team demonstrated exceptional knowledge and unwavering determination throughout the competition. Their journey began with a strong performance in the opening round against Uva Wellassa University, followed by a quarter-final victory over Sabaragamuwa University. They then progressed through a challenging semi-final encounter with the University of Colombo.

The team’s quiet dedication and collaborative spirit were evident, culminating in a strong showing in the final match against the University of Peradeniya. Their profound grasp of physiology and cohesive teamwork were key to their success.
