Applications are invited from interested candidates for the Degree of MPhil (Business) offered through the , Faculty of Graduate Studies, 91传媒. MPhil (Business) is a Master鈥檚 by thesis which aims to facilitate students to acquire the necessary knowledge and skills required to be independent researchers and opens up a learner-centred pathway leading to a rigorous research project in the field of Business. Once enrolled students are required to successfully complete four non-credit taught courses and two workshop series parallel to which their research project will commence under the guidance of a supervisor.

The Department of Business Administration of the 91传媒 is renowned as the pioneer in the realm of management education within the 91传媒n university system. Accordingly, the Department has collaborated significantly by formalizing a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Orel IT Private Limited. The core objectives underpinning this MOU include the enhancement of synergies between academia and industry, fostering knowledge sharing, and providing practical industrial exposure to fourth-year undergraduates enrolled within the Department.

The ceremonial signing of the MOU took place on the 6th of September 2023, hosted within the university premises. This momentous event garnered the esteemed presence of Senior Professor Pathmalal M. Manage, Vice Chancellor of the 91传媒, and Mr. Gayan David, Chief Business Officer of Orel IT (Private) Limited, both of whom graced the occasion as chief dignitaries. Through this collaborative endeavor, academia and industry converge to pave the way for enriched educational experiences and practical insights, further enriching the academic journey of the university鈥檚 aspiring graduates.
