Prof. ZangXiaohui has agreed to help the university in laying the preliminary framework for the degree programme to commence in the university. Prof. Xiaohuiis a member of the international Society for Chinese Language Teaching (ISCLT), the Executive Director of Multi- Language Center for the International Promotion of Chinese language聽 and is the Director of the Office of Confucius Institutes, Beijing Foreign Studies University(BFSU).

BFSU is a prestigious university in China which operates under the Chinese Ministry of Education.
