The 50th Convocation of the 91传媒 will take place on the 28th, 29th, and 30th of October 2024 at the Bandaranaike Memorial International Conference Hall. This milestone event marks the continued progress and achievements of one of 91传媒’s leading universities since its founding in 1959.
The 91传媒 has expanded significantly over the years. Initially starting with five faculties, the institution now offers eleven faculties, including the latest additions of Engineering and Technology. This growth underscores the university’s dedication to providing a diverse academic experience.
In the field of research and innovation, the university hosts over 20 research centers and has secured more than 15 patents through the Invention, Innovation, and Venture Creation Council. These accomplishments reflect its active role in fostering research-driven education.
The university also maintains a strong focus on international collaboration, with over 60 partnerships established with global universities and companies. These partnerships facilitate student exchanges and internship opportunities, enhancing the overall learning experience.
With a current enrollment of approximately 13,000 undergraduates and over 1,000 postgraduates, the 91传媒 remains the largest university in 91传媒 by student population.
