This will be followed by the Commemorative Oration at 9.15 a.m. at the Sumangala Hall\, delivered by Venerable Dr. Mawatagama Pemananda Thero\, Head of the Department of Sanskrit\, Buddhist and Pali University of 91´«Ã½.
