■ පාසල් අංශය සහ විශ්වවිද්‍යාල අංශය ලෙස තරග අංශ දෙකක් පැවැත්වීමට කටයුතු සූදානම් කර තිබේ.
■ පාසල් අංශයේ අයදුම්කරුවන් 6 ශ්‍රේණියේ සිට උසස්පෙළ දක්වා ශිෂ්‍යයන් හෝ ශිෂ්‍යාවන් විය යුතු ය.
■ විශ්වවිද්‍යාල අංශයේ අයදුම්කරුවන් රාජ්‍ය හෝ පෞද්ගලික විශ්වවිද්‍යාලයක අධ්‍යාපනය ලබමින් සිටින ශිෂ්‍ය ශිෂ්‍යාවන් විය යුතු ය.
■ අයදුම්කරුවන්ට සිය නිර්මාණ කේවල වශයෙන් හෝ උපරිමය පස්දෙනෙකුගෙන් යුතවන පරිදි කණ්ඩායමක් වශයෙන්ද තරගය සඳහා ඉදිරිපත් කළ හැකි ය.
■ අයදුම්කරු නිර්මාණයේ අධ්‍යක්ෂක විය යුතු ය.
■ තමන් අභිමත කැමරාවක් භාවිත කරමින් ධාවන කාලය උපරිම විනාඩි 6කට සිය නිර්මාණය සීමා කළ යුතු ය.
■ භාෂාත්‍රයෙන් ම නිර්මාණ ඉදිරිපත් කළ හැකි අතර දමිළ භාෂාවෙන් සිදු කර ඇති නිර්මාණ සඳහා සිංහල හෝ ඉංග්‍රීසි මාධ්‍යයෙන් උපසිරැසි ගැන්වීම සිදු කළ යුතු ය.
■ සියලු ම නිර්මාණවල රූප රාමුවල තත්ත්වය HD (16.9) හා වීඩියෝ ආකෘත්‍රිය MP4 විය යුතු ය.
■ සියලු ම නිර්මාණ මානව විද්‍යාව හා සම්බන්ධ ඉහත සඳහන් තේමාවන් සමඟ සම්බන්ධ විය යුතු අතර ශ්‍රී ලාංකේය අස්පර්ශනීය සහ ස්පර්ශනීය සංස්කෘතික උරුමයන් පිළිබඳ නිවැරදි සහ සත්‍ය තොරතුරු අනතර්ගත විය යුතු ය.
■ වාර්තා චිත්‍රපටය මගින් කිසියම් ආගමක්, ජාතියක්, භාෂාවක්, පුද්ගලයෙක්, ආයතනයක් නිග්‍රහයට ලක් නො විය යුතු අතර ලිංගික හෝ අසභ්‍ය දර්ශන ඇතුළත් නො විය යුතු ය.
■ ඉදිරිපත් කරනු ලබන නිර්මාණය කුමන හෝ ආකාරයක තරගයකින් ජයග්‍රහණය නො ලැබූ සහ කුමන හෝ මාධ්‍යයක පළ නො වූ නිර්මාණයක් විය යුතු ය.
■ සියලු ම නිර්මාණ අයදුම්කරුවන් විසින් නිර්මාණය කළ බවට සහතික කළ යුතු අතර තරගය අතරතුර දී එසේ නො වන බවට හැගී ගිය හොත් එම නිර්මාණ සම්මාන සඳහා සලකා බලනු නො ලැබේ.
■ නිර්මාණය පිළිබඳ වචන 400කට නො වැඩි සාරාංශයක් අයදුම් පත්‍රය සමඟ එවිය යුතු ය.
■ සියලු ම නිර්මාණකරුවන් අයැදුම් පත්‍රය, නිර්මාණය සහතික කිරීමේ ප්‍රකාශ පත්‍රය, නිර්මාණයේ සාරාංශය, වාර්තා චිත්‍රපටයේ පෝස්ටරය :ඔයමපඉප්සක – (1280×720) සහ වාර්තා චිත්‍රපටයේ MP4 ආකෘත්‍රිය anth.adfa2022@gmail.com  යන විද්‍යුත් ලිපිනය හරහා 2022 නොවැම්බර් මස 28 වැනි දිනට ප්‍රථම ව ශ්‍රී ජයවර්ධනපුර විශ්වවිද්‍යාලයේ මානව විද්‍යා අධ්‍යයනාංශය වෙත ලැබෙන්නට සැලැස්විය යුතු ය.

■ අන්තර්ගතයේ දෝශ රහිත සියලු ම නිර්මාණ ශ්‍රී ජයවර්ධනපුර විශ්වවිද්‍යාලයේ මානව විද්‍යා අධ්‍යයනාංශයේ නිල යූ ටියුබ් නාලිකාවේ උඩුගත කරනු ලැබේ. ජයග්‍රාහී ස්ථාන ලබා ගන්නා නිර්මාණ 06 ශ්‍රී ජයවර්ධනපුර විශ්වවිද්‍යාලයේ මානව විද්‍යා අධ්‍යයනාංශයේ නිල වෙබ් අඩවියට ඇතුලත් කරනු ලබන අතර එය මානව විද්‍යා අතත්‍ය කෞතුකාගාරයට (Anthropology Virtual Museum) ද ඇතුළත් කරනු ලැබේ.
■ මානව විද්‍යාව හා චිත්‍රපට කර්මාන්තය හා සම්බන්ධ ප්‍රවීණ විනිසුරු මඩුල්ලක් යටතේ විනිශ්චය කිරීමෙන් ලබාගන්නා ප්‍රතිඵල සහ ශ්‍රී ජයවර්ධනපුර විශ්වවිද්‍යාලයේ මානව විද්‍යා අධ්‍යයනාංශයේ නිල යූ ටියුබ් නාලිකාවේ සහ නිල ෆේස්බුක් පිටුවෙන් ලැබෙන මනාප ප්‍රතිශතය හරහා අවසාන විනිශ්චය තීරණය වේ.
■ තරගයේ අවසන් ප්‍රතිඵල සහ සම්මාන ප්‍රදානෝත්සවය 2022 වර්ෂයේ දෙසැම්බර් මස පැවැත්වීමට කටයුතු සූදානම් කර ඇති මානව විද්‍යා දිනයේ දී සිදු කෙරෙන අතර එදිනට ප්‍රථම ස්ථානය ලබාගත් නිර්මාණ ද්විත්වය තිරගත කිරීමට ද කටයුතු සූදානම් කර තිබේ.

Honorable Mahasanga, Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Sampath Amaratunge, Deans of the faculties, heads of departments, academic and non-academic staff members participated in the auspicious event.

This annual event marks the solidarity and fellowship among the staff and administration of the University.  Towards the conclusion of the event, the New Year oath published by the Ministry of Policy Administration was taken by the university community.

15th International Conference on Pali and Buddhist studies organized by �ٳ���� of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences was held on 17th December 2019 at the Sumangala reading hall.

Gunathilaka, academic members and a large number of distinguished guests graced the event.

This year’s conference was chaired by Ven. Dr. Kumbuke Chandaloka Thero with the assistant of the Conference Secretariate; Ven Prof. Medagampitiye Wijithadhamma Thero.

A ‘Bhakthi gee’ program organized by the 91��ý in celebration of ‘Vesak’ was held on the 23^rd of May 2019 from 4 pm onwards. The program was conducted to strengthen the unity of the diverse community within the 91��ý.

The 91��ý can be considered as the largest university in 91��ý in terms of the student population. Therefore, it also hosts a large number of students and staff from different communities. The Programme was conducted at a crucial time when 91��ý has faced a great tragedy targeting a particular sect of people. The aftermath of such tragic occurrences is often chaotic thereby this program aided in bridging the rift between communities and strengthening it further.

The program was graced upon by The Chief Prelate (Mahanayake) of Kotte Sri Kalyani Samagri Dharma Maha Sangha Sabha of Siyam Maha Nikaya, Ven. Dr. Ittapana Dhammalankara Maha Nayake Maha Thero, the Chancellor of the  91��ý, His Eminence Malcolm  Cardinal Ranjith, respected Mawlawis of the Islamic religion and a Hindu priest. Thereby the program paid respect to all religions in the country.

The program highlighted the universal message observed and spread by all religions which are peace and love. The bringing together of all communities gave the program added significance. The ‘Bahkthi gee’ program was followed by a ‘Dansala’ which catered to everyone.

Religious Leaders, Vice Chancellor of the University; Prof. Sampath Amaratunge,  academic members, non-academic staff members, alumni members, and students participated in the program.

This program was organized coordinately by the staff members of the welfare division including Director of the Student Welfare Division, Deputy Registrar,  wardens and sub-wardens.

International Conference on Oriental Languages organized by �ٳ���� in �ٳ����was held celebrating 6oth anniversary of the 91��ý���Dz�����20^{�ٳ���}February 2019.

Prof. Sampath Amaratunge; Vice Chancellor of the 91��ý, Cheif Guest; Vidyodaya Pariwenadhipathi Ven. Balangoda Sobhitha Thero, Prof. D. P. S. Chandrakumara; Dean of the , Dr. S. A. A. M. Subasinghe;  and Dr. N.D. Wijayasundara,  graced the inauguration ceremony.

Prominent researchers and academics in the field of oriental languages such as Dr. Rohana Seneviratne; University of Peradeniya, Prof. Ratna Wijetunga and Dr. Lalan Kumara Jha; Nalanda Mahavihara University in India participated in the conference as Keynote speakers.

In addition Ven. Prof. Medagampitiye Wijithadhamma thero; , Mr. K. Gnanasiri Britto; Registrar of the University, heads of departments and academic members participated in the event.

This yeas conference was chaired by thero with the assistant of Mr. Dilan Panchana Jayasinghe.

The 91��ý celebrated Thai Pongal on the 30^th of January 2019 with the presence of Rev. Dambara Amila Thero, Department of History Sr. Prof. Sampath Amaratunge, Vice Chancellor, 91��ý, Dr. Anura Kumara, Dean Faculty of Management Studies and Commerce, Prof. Samanchandra Ranasinghe, Dr. Praneeth Abeysundera and other academic and non-academic staff members.

The Colourful event has always been part of the academic calendar as an official University celebration that marks solidarity among the diverse groups within the university system. The Thai Pongal celebration is historically celebrated as a mark of gratitude to the sun that has provided energy to sustain us.

The main addresses of the dignitaries present at the occasion were based on harmony and diversity among students.

“Today the world is full of conflict; there is conflict within families, with other families, villages, and even in the country. If these conflicts develop it will no doubt be the downfall of the world. There is no quick fix for these conflicts; the only solution for conflict is developing compassion within people”

The above quote is taken from the last Radio interview of Dr. E.W. Adhikaram, the first chancellor of the 91��ý from the ‘Senehasa’ programme resonates the messages of the dignitaries present at the Thai Pongal  Celebration

Rev. Dambara Amila Thero, in his address mentioned about this celebration of gratitude and the spreading of the message, brought to all by the Thai Pongal celebration. He also stated that celebrations as such within the university are quintessential to preserve harmony among students. He stated that the Tamil Community in 91��ý has played a great part in the history of 91��ý.

The Vice-Chancellor, too while appreciating the ceremony impressed upon the necessity of maintaining cultural harmony within the university and creating an inclusive environment within the University. He stated that the education in the Tamil Language is absolutely necessary in order to create a strong bond between the two communities and that it should be encouraged.

The Dean, Faculty of Management Studies and Commerce, emphasized the diversity within the university and the importance of preserving it through compassion and understanding. He stated that it is the duty of every person to value and respect all living and non-living things in the world and that it would lead to creating a sustainable environment.
