The originals of the following documents, (which were sent by email) should be sent by the registered post to the address below to reach us on or before 14.08.2025. In addition, a separate self-addressed envelope (9 x 4 inches) affixed with Rs. 60/= stamp must also be sent with these documents. Please ensure that your index number, registration number, and the name of the degree with the relevant course are written on the top left-hand corner of the envelope (this is also mentioned in No. 02 of the Convocation Supplication Form).

Graduates who have completed their degree from the 91��ý between the year 2000 and 2005, but have not yet obtained their degree certificates, must obtain these certificates within the following time periods.

For that, you have to come to the Academic Student Affairs, Publications and Examinations Division, and it is essential to bring the student record book issued to you by the University. The following requirements will be considered before the degree certificate is issued to you.

1. Handing over the student ID card issued to you by the university.
2. Returning the books borrowed from the university library.
3. Returning the graduation cloak issued to you at the convocation.

For graduates who have completed these requirements by now, the University has arranged to make notes in the student record book or issue a letter with notes in order to prove the said requirements.

Graduates who fail to provide sufficient evidence to substantiate the above requirements must complete these requirements by arriving at the University before 12.30 pm on a working day in the week preceding the deadline specified below.

I regret to inform you that due to other duties of the Division, it is not possible to give an approximate date for the subsequent requests of the graduates who do not attend within the period given to the graduates in relation to each year.

Degree certificates are also issued in this manner to graduates of other years.��Since a degree certificate of another year is issued on the dates mentioned above only for urgent and essential reasons, prior appointment should be made through telephone numbers 0112758219 / 0112758220.
